The Board of Maries Vineyard Homeowners Association recognizes the environmental value of electrical vehicles. We also recognize the importance of maintaining the value of our neighborhood. With this perspective, exterior chargers are to be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and with proper permitting from the City of Olympia. No charger shall be installed on any exterior wall that directly faces the street. No charger shall be installed on a garage side wall when that wall extends beyond and within view from that homeowners’ front entrance doorway.
